Refund policy

There are a few important things to please keep in mind when returning a product you purchased. You can return unwanted items by post within 30 working days of receipt of your goods.

  • Orders can be canceled within one day of placing the order, your order will be shipped within 2 days

  • If you wish to return an item, it must still be resalable and in the same condition as when you received it, with all original packaging included.

  • All items are carefully packaged to avoid damage during shipping, if the item is damaged during shipping, we may charge 30-70% depending on the extent of the damage.

  • Please ask us questions before making a purchase. If item is defective, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the item. We will replace the item once we receive defective product.

  • If the expedited courier fee selected by you (such as the consumer voluntarily chooses a more expensive shipping method), no refunds are supported.

  • If you are not satisfied with the products you receive for any reason, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue!
  • If  you want to cancel your own order, you have to inform us about it before the order has been shipped. And we will inform you about cancelling the order via email. The refund request will be processed within one business day. It could take up to 5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement (PayPal), depending on how long it takes your bank to process the transaction.
  • If the order has already shipped, you will receive a notification that the order is already on its way and that refund is available after you will return the package to us. When the return reaches us, you will issue a refund for the order.
