Warranty & Return

 

In the event there is a manufacturer defect or quality concerns beyond the customer’s control, please submit a return request within 30 days of delivery to receive a refund or credit. Orders shipped back to us without this will be returned to the sender. If you wish to return unopened products, you can do so for up to 30 days (from delivery) for a refund or credit. After 30 days, the products are nonrefundable. Due to the nature of our Pro Lash products and for health reasons, we do not offer *refunds on any used products.*

There are a few important things to please keep in mind when returning a product you purchased. You can return unwanted items by post within 30 working days of receipt of your goods.

  • Return within 30 days for a refund. Explanation of Responsibility for Return Shipping Costs:If we have explicitly informed you prior to purchase (e.g., "Return shipping costs shall be borne by you"), the return shipping costs shall be your responsibility. If the product arrives defective or damaged, the shipping costs will be borne by us;If we have not explicitly stated prior to purchase who is responsible for return shipping costs, the return shipping fees will be covered by us. f you have opted for expedited shipping fees (e.g., voluntarily choosing a more expensive delivery method), the additional cost will not be refundable.

  • For products that have been opened but remain in a resellable condition, we accept returns. 

  • Carefully pack any items to avoid damage during transport.  If the item is damaged during shipping, we may charge 30-70% depending on the extent of the damage.

  • Please ask us questions before making a purchase. If item is defective, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the item. We will replace the item once we receive defective product.

  • If you are not satisfied with the products you receive for any reason, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue!

  • If  you wants to cancel your own order, you have to inform us about it before the order has been shipped. And we will inform you about cancelling the order via email. The refund request will be processed within one business day. It could take up to 5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement (PayPal), depending on how long it takes your bank to process the transaction.

  • If the order has already shipped, you will receive a notification that the order is already on its way and that refund is available after you will return the package to us. When the return reaches us, you will issue a refund for the order.

  • Refund process:If you request a refund, we must promptly provide you with the refund process information. We need to provide detailed return labels and instructions. All refund processing times, required documents, and deduction criteria must be disclosed in advance, and any delays are prohibited.
