We offer shipping worldwide. There are two shipping methods:

  • DHL / FedEx fast shipping is 5-7 days

  • Standard shipping is 15-20 days.

The tracking number of every parcel is provided after the order has been shipped;

A shipping fee for every order will be displayed in your order after you add all your products and proceed to the checkout. Shipping costs will vary depending on location & order weight;

Tracking numbers are provided via email upon order fulfillment and can be tracked via https://www.17track.net/en;

All your orders are being packed in our safe boxes or envelope bag, so you don't have to worry about products' safe transportation. We care about it!

HOW DO I TRACK MY PACKAGE?

Each order is sent with a tracking number that you will receive in an email shortly after your order has been fulfilled. Please click the tracking number provided in the body of your email.

PO BOXES

We do not deliver to P.O boxes. All our packages are signature required to ensure that our products are getting to our customers safely. This protects your products from spoiling.

MY PACKAGE HAS NOT ARRIVED. WHAT DO I DO?

Please contact FedEx or DHL first as it is their responsibility to get the package to the consignee. Once an order leaves our warehouse a tracking number and shipping details are emailed to the customer. Once you have spoken to the shipping company, please contact support@shelash.com if you require further assistance. We will be able to assist with opening an investigation with the delivery company!

IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES

The laws and logistics requirements of each country are different, which may incur costs, and it is the responsibility of the recipient to fully understand this.

Please note that any import duties or other customs-related taxes are not included in the product or shipping prices. You as the buyer are responsible for these charges. But contact us and we can offer you a discount code as compensation

THE ORDER WAS DELIVERED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS

If your order was delivered to the wrong address due to our or the shipping company's fault, we will send your original ordered products ASAP or refund you.

If your order was delivered to the wrong address due to your own mistake(such as typing the wrong shipping address), regrettably we will not be responsible for the extra shipping cost which involves rectifying your order.

We recommend you contact the shipping company with your original tracking number and arrange delivery to your correct address.

Please note that once products leave our warehouse, it is extremely difficult to change the address of the recipient, so please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

MISSING OR LOST PACKAGES

Is your order missing or wondering where it is? We are SO sorry for any inconvenience! When your order shipped we sent you an email with tracking information for your order. We recommend checking this tracking link.

Contacting your shipping carrier directly is the fastest way to find out where your package is, arrange for delivery, and get information on your anticipated delivery date.

While we are happy to help whenever possible, you will want to reach out directly to the shipping company to get details on the location and delivery of a package.
